Meet Lea Hedstrom, a nationally NCCPA Board Certified Physician Assistant with over 11 years of specialized experience in medical and surgical dermatology. She has completed the Diplomate Fellowship Program with the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and remains a current SDPA Diplomate Fellow. Graduating from Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN, Lea pursued her medical training at Wake Forest University School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, before honing her skills further with a dermatology internship in Utah.

Lea’s expertise spans the gamut of medical dermatology, with a focus on treating various skin conditions and managing long-term skin cancer patients. Her proficiency extends to post-surgical reconstructions, ensuring comprehensive care for all her patients. Collaborating closely with physicians, Lea prioritizes delivering the highest quality of patient care.
